YOUR HEALTH® is a weekly one hour radio talk show on patient health produced by the University of North Carolina Department of Family Medicine. The show is co-hosted by Dr. Adam Goldstein and Dr. Cristy Page, nationally known physicians, teachers and researchers.

YOUR HEALTH® provides practical health-related news and information to its listeners in a manner that is comforting, convenient and easy to understand. The show features health experts, patient experiences and health topics in the news.

The YOUR HEALTH® Radio Team

Adam GoldsteinDr. Adam Goldstein is a Professor of Family Medicine at the UNC School of Medicine. As a leading U.S. expert in primary care, Dr. Goldstein has a 20-year history in clinical practice, teaching, and research. He has published over 150 articles, essays, book chapters, and books. His work has appeared in multiple media, including CNN, the CBS Evening News, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times. He has also received local, state and national recognition for his record of community service. He is married to Dr. Beth Goldstein and they have three children.

Cristy PDr. Cristy Page is the Residency Program Director at UNC Family Medicine. A former Morehead scholar, Dr. Page trained in Family Medicine and Public Health at UNC. She is the creator of the Mobile Medical Milestones Application (M3App), which facilitates point of care documentation of ACGME milestones.  She is also the Director of the FIRST program, an innovative approach to medical education that accelerates and enhances medical training to underserved areas in NC.  Her teaching skills for students and residents have garnered several teaching awards. She is married to Dr. Branson Page and they have two children.
